1. Overview

Slitting machine is used to slit wide material into narrow ones according to different needs. Gauze slitting machine is mainly used to cut wide coils into narrow coil. Its slitting process includes feeding and rewinding. Tension control of feeding and rewinding is the key point of the machine. Our slitting machine adds automatic edge control system based the original electrical control system to achieve desired results, it improves the performance, makes the machine more stable, smooth, safe, durable and stronger.

2. Main Application

Gauze slitting machine is mainly used for slitting wide gauze. Gauze roll with 75 mm diameter paper tube, whole diameter 800 mm, 1600 mm width can be cut into rolls with different size, the narrowest can be 20 mm.

3. Main Structure

1). Frame Structure Frame with thick steel plate has a good balance, the machine work smoothly at high speed.

2). Rewinding Device Rewinding device with 3” inflatable reel and magnetic tension control system makes it easy operate; the maximum diameter can be 600 mm.

3). Feeding Device Feeding device with 3” inflatable reel, maximum feeding diameter can be 600 mm, it also has magnetic tension control system and automatic correction device.

4). Cutting Device Cutting die can be round; space between each other can be just between 20 mm and 1600 mm.

5). Main Motor 5 KW motor with speed control system, the worker can adjust its working speed freely.

6). Guide Roller All chromed steels have been balancing processed.

4. Notes

1). Machine should use three-phase four-wire power supply (AC 380 V) and safety ground, to ensure operator safe.

2). Main motor should be minimum speed when it starts.

3). Pay attention to avoiding scratching when installs the blade.

4). Machine should be regularly maintained.
